Every IT professional placed by GDX Technologies is an independent contractor who owns their own properly incorporated EU entity. This entity is set up and administered by CD Europe — our group partner for entity administration and compliance.

The invoice chain

Your organisation receives a B2B invoice from the contractor’s EU entity. The reverse charge mechanism applies — no VAT changes hands. You self-declare and reclaim in the same return. Net cash flow impact: zero.
